Elmira comes from Cologne. The whole city celebrates carnival there every year. But Elmira doesn’t like this event. So she made a wish come true for herself and her family: A trip to the Harry Potter show in Hamburg. But it wasn’t just Harry who gave them a good time in Hamburg, but also and above all the hotel in the HafenCity: PierDrei. There is a separate floor there just for kids, which was used. The miniature wonderland and the harbor tour with fish sandwiches did the rest. Will this become a tradition of its own and will they keep coming back to Hamburg for carnival? In any case, they met even more people from carnival-loving Reihnland with the same reason for traveling.
